Going to this clinic was a mistake. Dr Kugler was awful. He was rude, inconsiderate, thoughtless, and had a horrible attitude. He seemed to think patient care was below him. The doctor never introduced himself apologized, or even looked me in the eye. What a total jerk! I have no complaint with the office staff.

Staff are friendly and caring and make sure things run smoothly. They are well informed. Dr Kugler is professional and gets to the root of the problem. Baby steps meaning he tries less aggressive steps before having to do surgery as last option to take care of problem. I have be very pleased with him and his office from day one. They care about there patients and there well being!

Jasimine Dr Kugler's physician Assistant is wonderful everytime i have seen her she is nice and friendly she listens tells you what she needs you to do ,She cares about her patients. Going to cortizone shots i was worried but she makes you feel calm and tells you what to do so the shot doesnt bother you. She is a true asset to Doctor Kugler's office💜

The PA Jasmine is absolutely wonderful. Listens, asks questions to get you the treatment(s) you need. Friendly and fast. I highly recommend her.

I was referred to Mid Florida Orthopedic by my lawyer. I went for an initial visit. It lasted minutes. X-rays were requested. I returned with them and had no more than a 10 minute visit where I was told I needed surgery. I said I needed to figure out how and when. I got back to them in 32 days and was told it was past 30 days and would have to be seen by the Dr. AGAIN to schedule a pre op and surgery. So I returned once more to be told EXACTLY what I'd been told on the previous visit! In the meantime Kia was supposedly getting my leave of absence paperwork to my business. This was not done and I was told there was a miscommunication. Then it was she didn't get to contact my attorney. Which actually WAS NOT necessary! So leave was not approved and I canceled both the pre OP and surger
