Dr. Will Kuyper & nurse Kim were more than accommodating for my procedure. Dr. Kuyper was able to schedule me last minute & did a great job. Kim was so professional and kind. I was nervous & she helped make this an easy procedure. They were very professional, accommodating, highly recommend!

The best decision I made was choosing Dr. Jessica Pursa for my pregnancy. She's excellent at her job and, above all, very professional. I also want to thank Melanie Bussey for her care during my nine months. I'm very happy and grateful for the care. I would choose her a thousand times over and highly recommend her; she's the best doctor I've ever had.

My daughter received ?care? from Dr Jessica Flores. She delivered very sensitive information in a hateful and unprofessional manor. She followed it up by saying that ?she isn?t everyone?s cup of tea but she tells it like it is?. Why do you go in to this profession if you do not truly care for people? It was like she took pride in being cold and she definitely did not want to hear what my daughter thought or listen to questions she had, and all she could come up with, was the old ?you need to get on birth control? no actual thought was put into it but they sure charge you $$$$ as though they do! If you want to be treated like cattle this is the place for you! My suggestion for you Dr is to find a profession where you do not have to be around people. The medical field will be a better place

I will never go to Mid city OB-GYN again. I had to get told heartbreaking news no 21year old wants to hear and Dr Jessica Prusa Flores made it a terrible and horrible experience. To be told things like “old lady Vagina” and “you won’t be able to have kids” was very hard to hear. On top of that getting pressured to take birth control like “every other 21 year old in the world” when I told her my personal thoughts on it and wanting to do HRT instead she replied “sure if want to do that like a 50 year old” I was very hurt my whole appointment and cried a lot afterwards. I was also lied to by Melanie Bussey. I was told my next visit they BOTH would be in the room with me and when it was time Melanie was not there. It hurts to be let down and talked to so unprofessionally and harsh by a doctor

Dr. Chelsea Kropp and all the staff at Mid-City were amazing. As a person with a lot of anxiety regarding gynecology appointments, they made me feel safe and important. I left that office feeling grateful for their kindness and emotional support.
