Poor response to MyChart questions and phone messages. We’re told to use MyChart but we don’t get responses.

Today I saw Dr. Majeed as a new patient. She is by far one of the best doctors I've come in contact with. I didn't feel rushed out of the room with her. She actually listens. Front desk and check out staff was pleasant! The nurse Ms. Diane was extremely personable!! I really liked her. Great job!
