This message is to my fellow dentists. This company is the worst in customer service. Their staff is non-chalant and don't came about their customers. I ordered some burs that they shipped them by UPS to another address. When my secretary called they didn't even apologize or investigate. They will not ship another order unless I pay again for it and they would not refund the money back. I have never encounted such bad company before. If they have a rating of zero I would give it to them. Since you don't have a reply section for your last message to me, I'm going to reply to you here. I’ve been a Microcopy customer for about 5 years now, and I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of both the products and the service. I particularly appreciate that they will send me samples of almost any diamond or bur I want to try. I can try a variety of different types without needing to buy a full box of each. Keep it up guys!
