Michigan Urgent Care Livonia

I typically go to IHA urgent care on Plymouth and middlebelt in Livonia but they were closed. Online scheduling is a breeze at this urgent care which I very much appreciate. The woman receptionist was very rude and bothered I had made a 4:45pm appointment. Her frustrations grew when I mistakenly missed a digit on my birthday after she snappily told me to fill out my paperwork. I apologized numerous times for my mistake as I can understand why it can be frustrating. The nurse gentlemen who took my vitals, asked questions and swabbed me for the flu/covid was very kind and helpful. He asked if I had a temperature and I said, "no" then he laughingly said  "you will soon" after listening to my symptoms. I laughed and said "you are 💯 right!"  The woman nurse practitioner was ruder than the offic

The moment I stepped into Michigan Urgent Care Livonia, I was greeted with exceptional and friendly customer service. I was able to complete my visit in less than an hour, which is a testament to their efficient and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of medical attention.

My experience went well. Staff was nice and professional. I just wish that they made it easier to get results on your own. I asked but was not given accurate information on how to obtain results from my visit. Everyone I spoke with said I don’t know or just call. Patients like having access to this type of information at their fingertips. Otherwise I feel like I had a great visit. The medical assistant and physician that I saw were fast and friendly.

This facility is run with an efficiency that should be emulated by all “Urgent” care facilities . The staff were all polite, friendly, and professional. The doctor was thorough and listened to my concerns and was very responsive to them. I appreciate their professionalism and proficiency, and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Terrible! I made an appointment at 1145 and sat in the lobby until 1240! What's the point of making an appointment then!? Finally went into a room that was dirty, not prepped for the next patient and presented with a woman that clearly wasn't having a good day to say the least. She was not friendly, could care less about doing her job, rude, and very unprofessional! I felt forgotten about in the room until I opened the door and asked if someone was coming. The doctor was nice which is the only reason they would receive a star (other than you can't leave zero). Would definitely not go back.
