During nearly every appointment, I felt judged and uncomfortable, as if my pain was not being taken seriously. On multiple occasions, I left appointments feeling dismissed and emotionally distressed, and at times I cried on the drive home because of how discouraged I felt. I was also told that my medication could be discontinued or lowered if I did not agree to certain procedures. This made me feel pressured rather than supported in making informed decisions about my care. Given my long history of chronic pain, this experience was very upsetting and discouraging. I have never felt this way at other providers, and I expected a more compassionate and collaborative approach to my treatment. I walked in and the front desk person was leaned all the way back in the chair yawning. She finally sits up and ask me for my medical insurance, I told her it was auto. She ask me for the auto information. I walked out. 1st I gave all the information when making the appointment. They do not allow you to make the appointment with billing information. She do not need to be at the front desk.... Very unprofessional.

I'd like to give them zero stars, but that's not an option. Prepare to wait. Prepare to pay a 3.5% fee if you don't have cash or check to pay your co-pay in advance. I have been coming here a while for a reoccurring pain issue due to a botch surgery (not from here). Front work staff is always new and someone seems to always be in training. Not an issue, but it says something about the office. They are consistently late. I schedule for early morning appointments. You must be there early for your appointment like all doctors, but then you end up waiting typically past your appointment time. So expect to wait even for an 8.45am appointment. I have had the most positive experience with this office and all of the staff. They have been nothing but caring, kind, helpful, and truly concerned about how I am feeling. When you are in pain finding help can be difficult and frustrating. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is ready to be heard. My treatment here is truly appreciated and sincerely respected.

I'm sorry, but, it is only fair to correct my review and be honest even if it hurts me with my doctor and he gets upset with me. I changed this review to a 3 star and thats pushing it due to the receptionist actions with me and how I'm spoken to. I wrote this review 10 months ago and gave a good review when in fact i should of spoken the truth; to the community I apologize, but I was afraid to make my doctor mad at me but the public deserves the truth on how the receptionist treat me at the Intervention Pain Clinic. I've been having some problems with the receptionist dating my prescriptions on Sundays when my pharmacy is closed, and my pharmacy calls the receptionist to let them know they're not opened, the receptionist tells my pharmacist oh well I have to wait until Monday that they w
