Prescriptions never ready. Always say they have no help. Needed antibiotics for my infant and they took forever… find a different pharmacy

Been using this pharmacy for about 2 years now without any issues. They fill my prescriptions quickly and it’s rare for something to be out of stock. Any time I call and need to speak with a pharmacist, I’m able to without a long hold. My one and only complaint is that any time we get a liquid medication for the kids, it never comes with a syringe. I’m not sure if we need to ask or what, but every single time we have to go back and get one. Never had this issue anywhere else.

Prescriptions are never filled when I come to pick them up. It’s like my arriving to get the prescription is what triggers the prescription getting filled. It doesn’t matter if the prescription was sent in 3 days ago they guys still don’t have it filled. It’s ridiculous that I have to come 2-3 times to this store before having my prescription ready.

Used to enjoy coming here for my family’s prescriptions but since the new staffing changes service has gone downhill. Some of the techs are great but the new assistant pharmacy manager is rude and often times lazy. There have been multiple times that we have waited all day for prescriptions to be ready and she tells us she can’t fill it. Today my fiancé needed a loan for one of his medications and they first said they would only give him a 3 day supply even when I told them his appointment with the doctor was 5 days away. How does that make sense? After stressing the importance of my fiancé having his medication I was placed on hold and the tech then told me the pharmacist on duty wouldn’t allow any loans because my fiancé was overdue for the medication.. HE WAS OVER DUE BECAUSE HE WAS OUT

I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. I have been very happy with the service for most of the time. But lately it's been going down hill. I have been a KrogerRxclub member for years. But recently they sent me an email stating the club was being cancelled. A few weeks later I was sent a text about joining the new KrogerRxclub. So I paid my fee to join. Now I try to sign in to my account, and they say I don't have an account. What a rip off. I've been getting 180 quantity for one of my prescriptions for years. My doctor prescribed 180 quantity that's what I want. Now I only get 60 quantity. Can't even read the prescription correctly. The New Krogerx app is useless. Can't even sign up if you don't have an account. Well, I paid for one, but they say I'm not a member. Well,
