My first visit I felt rushed through. The front office girl kept saying my insurance only allowed 1 filling a year. Unable to provide proof with a printout they would not do any work on my teeth, not even a cleaning. I was provided a printout with detailed information about my benefits and no where on this paper did it state I could only get 1 filling a year. I asked her where she was getting this information from? Had she called and verified it with my insurance and she wouldn’t give me an answer. She writes down a number to call to “change” my plan which I'm already on the highest plan due to being medically frail and she provides me with the EBT footstamp card number to check your ebt balance. The absolute worst receptionist ever. They overbook and do not even let you know. Once you get there it's sorry we had to cancel this appt. NO excuses zero explanation. An appt was made months ago, and work needs to be done. Recent calls within a week have confirmed this appt. But they could care less about you. They just treat you horrible and send you on your way or just hang up. They think its funny that you have problems and pain. They say they will check with your ins about some of your work that needs to be done and then fail to do anything and leave you hanging for months. Then when you get a chance to see the doc they cancel and leave you hanging again. Run as fast as you can from them. When you ask them to talk to someone in charge they tell you they are and laugh at you. Disgrac

Our experience here has definitely been unpleasant to say the very least, and that’s being as kind as possible with the word choice. Atleast for the last 9 months I want to say. I began taking my disabled daughter here last year. The previous dentist was horrible with her communication and compassion for her patients. She also felt compelled to speak freely of her thoughts and prejudices of those who must rely onMedicaid, with comments such as “you should be grateful.” I did report this and was told there were already plans of letting that dentist go and bringing in new staff. Don’t get me wrong, the new dentist is much better, so I was hopeful of these intended improvements. The office staff from the girls at the front to everyone in the back has been so helpful and patient with me. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the Dentist. I had the best experience and left with no issues or questions. A great place for dental needs.

I needed to switch to an in-network dentist. I saw mixed reviews regarding a wide variety of experiences. One being the issues with appointments and rescheduling. I’ve confirmed this appointment 3 times, once earlier this week. Today I was scheduled at 9 and received a call at 8:25 mentioning that they’ve overbooked and wanted to push me out further. After making work arrangements this is unacceptable and would have been a good phone call for them to make yesterday. If you are a busy person and operate on a tight schedule, I recommend looking elsewhere. They obviously do not value people’s time. P.S. I recommend training the people making the phone calls. An apologies goes a long way- especially when I could have been at work. Do better, everyone else’s time is just as valuable as yours.
