Dr Bernardy is amazing!! I don’t like the answering service. However , it’s totally worth dealing with them to be apart of this family. They always deliver. I never have to follow up to make sure the referrals are sent , documents I need etc.. they are on top of everything!! I always get a call back promptly if needed. Thankful for this office. I had a hard time finding an office with this proficiency . Thanks Dr B for caring for my complex child.

I chose to see Dr. Bernardy after reading other positive reviews on the internet. Dr. Bernardy is VERY thorough in her exams, she is gentle with the kids and takes her time in the room with you. she explains, asks her own questions, and is very approachable. i feel comfortable asking questions and am not made to feel like a bother or taking too long. my kids will see Dr. Bernardy as long as circumstances allow. extra: the rooms are all themed which my 3 yr old loves and keeps her busy talking about whats on the walls. there is a separate sick/well waiting room which is great for small babies. overall the office is very fun and helps my 3 year old not feel as scared. before moving to new braunfels she would cry as soon as we got into her old drs office but now as soon as we pull into the

Dr. Michelle Bernardy is an excellent doctor. We've been taking our son to her for 8 years or so and thought about the fact that we've never left any review even though we're always extremely satisfied with all the care and attention she puts towards our son. She is very thorough and ensures all instructions are crystal clear and that all questions brought up in any visit are addressed. She also has a kind bedside manner and is very professional in all of our visits. The office support staff is also one of the best we've interacted with and have had no issues with scheduling, billing, or any other matter. They also receive the highest of compliments from us.

Dr. Bernardy is kind, thorough, calm, and approachable. I take my infant and 8 year old to see her. She listens and takes her time.
