I love Dr. Ramsay. She listens and works with you. I love her additude and her kindness. I was disappointed when my insurance did not cover her visits anymore now I'm looking for insurance to get my Dr Ramsay back she's an amazing doctor I recommend her highly.

She also follows up consistently, which shows how much she cares about her patients’ well-being. Communication is easy , especially through the MyChart messaging system. I truly feel like I’m receiving the best possible care. Highly recommend her!

I recently visited Dr. Michelle-Ann Ramsay after being referred through my insurance. I made the appointment specifically to obtain a referral to a specialist I’ve been seeing for most of my life. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting well past my scheduled time, Dr. Ramsay finally came in. I explained the purpose of my visit, but instead of addressing my request, she attempted to run a series of unnecessary tests. When I politely reiterated that I was only there for a referral, her demeanor shifted—she became unprofessional, raised her voice, and acted in a hostile manner. What shocked me most was when she abruptly left the room mid-appointment, behaving in a way that felt more like a temper tantrum than professional conduct. I left feeling disrespected
