Michelin Family Health Center

Called in my flu medicine to a mail in pharmacy. Supposed to start it same day. Tried calling and left 2 voice messages within working hours and they never got back to me, leaving me without medicine for the flu all weekend. Tried calling the after hours line, and after waiting 7 hours they supposedly called it in for me. Checked with the pharmacy, they haven’t heard a thing. Put to the back of the call list for them to try again. Terrible terrible business. Never had this issue when Everside ran the place, Marathon is awful.

Everyone is really nice and helpful. I've never had to wait long to be seen. I do my biometrics, some doctor visits and Physical Therapy at Michelin Health. Paul is awesome. He told me to bring him a copy of my back MRI and he would go through it with me. I had such a better understanding of what was happening with my back. Just had surgery and will be returning for my PT. Thank you everyone at Michelin Health

I took my daughter here to have some lab work done. She had to get to school late because her appt was at 8:45am. Not a big deal as I figured we will get an excuse for her to take to school. This has never been an issue in the past with any other provider I have ever been to, but this place acts as though I’m asking for a prescription or something out of the norm. Just a simple excuse stating that she was seen their for lab work, that’s all I needed.

Absolutely love being a patient here. They are always helpful and smiling. Including front staff,nurses,and doctors etc. love love Jennifer Rice she’s the best!

Pricilla and all the girls are awesome, Everyone complains about the way others do their jobs. Go else where then. The convenience and low costs work for me. Plus they are always smiling
