Very friendly! Very quick to get in to see me, got right to what we needed to discuss, got through everything and got me on my way! I was in and out of there pretty quickly which was most appreciated. I wish all my appointments were that quick and easy!
Michael was easy to talk to and listened to and answered all our questions. He definitely had our wellbeing in mind. Very happy with our visit.
Claudia is always so happy and caring. She cares about me, as a patient as well as as a person. I look so forward to see her at my appointments. She is very competent and very knowledgeable and a great person.
Dr Dawson was friendly and explained everything clearly. At the end of our conversation he reviewed what we had discussed and answered all my questions.
The patient care is great BUT the instance that text asking questions NOT related to the medical care are insulting and disrespectful. Just because you can text messages about insurance etc. does not make it ok. So you can text me and I will not respond. Or if it is so important that we talk then pick up the phone and call.
