Michael Salamatbad, DO PC

Dr. Salamatbad is great. My husband and I both had our first appointments with him recently and were happy with his care. I will say though that both of us had separate appointments, on separate days, and both of us commented on how rude the lady at the front desk was. My husband comes home today and says "the lady at the front desk berated me for not filling out the paperwork before the appointment even though I never got it. She resent it to my phone while I was there... still didn't come. I asked if this has ever happened before and she said no." Meanwhile the same thing happened at my appointment and she berated me about it also. We can look past her attitude though because the Doctor seems like a nice guy who cares about his patients.

For the most he does care for his patients but has a god complex at times.

Dr. Salamatbad is one of the kindest and most caring doctors I’ve ever been to. He is very thorough, and my experiences with him thus far have been excellent. The ladies at the front desk are also very sweet and accommodating! My only critique is that the office itself is old and outdated, which I can understand might put people off. But I personally go to the doctor looking to receive excellent care, which is what you will find here regardless of the quality of the physical building.

Avoid This Practice If you’re seeking effective medical care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This practice is plagued by disorganization and uncleanliness. Each visit typically involves an hour-long wait. Additionally, they frequently misplace important information. Your health deserves better—don’t waste your time here.

Love Dr Mike, Great bedside manner and he actually cares about helping you get better. Its hard to say that about most other doctors. I've been going to him for about 3 yrs and never a complaint. And I have to say Lorraine at the front desk is wonderful and sweet and I love her just as much as the rest of the staff. If you want a great family physician this is the office and dr you want!
