They won’t give you a copy of your prescription, even just to see what your glasses are from previous visits. Do not go here, a warning.

I have been a patient of this office for 4 years and have noticed the quality of care and customer service has declined. 1. The office staff was very nice and professional but unfortunately the new staff is rude. This employee would not give me her name but instead put me on hold to speak to the office manager. 2. Dr. Petruska’s exams were informative and thorough but now feel rushed. I was there for my annual eye exam and I spent more time with staff who was taking my retinal picture. 3. The scheduling was flexible but now any ‘push back’ on the time or day and it’s a hassle for the staff since they are over booked and Dr.Petruska is going on vacation. I️ have been coming to this office for years and loved them ..... Unfortunately the quality of his staff along with the glasses has declined. I️ picked up a brand new pair of glasses and the frames were chipped and then the lens were switched and the second frame was chipped. A third pair had to be ordered. Upon going home I️ see scratches on my lens. My glasses were over $500. I️ suppose I️ would be fine with this if the staff could at least be sympathetic to this and be quick to fix it but instead I️ was just given attitude. Expensive doctor for poor care and quality.

I’ve had a very negative experience here due to nasty and discriminatory treatment from the employee, Patty. Edit: I've decided to change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The rest of the office did a good job, and I felt the original rating wouldn’t be fair based on the actions of one person.
