Dr Davoren was great. He listened to my concerns in my office visits. He recommended a few options to me. I selected surgery after a while. He was very pleasant the day of surgery understanding and explaining what was going to be done. He personally called me back after I had questions and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to others.

Dr. Davoren, is a great surgeon. I had three hernias repaired and only had mild discomfort when I went home that day. I never had any real pain, only discomfort. It is two weeks later and I feel fine. He is very friendly. He answered all my questions in an appointment before the surgery. He explained everything well today in the post-op appointment. I have had two bad experiences with Davoren. The first was when he took out my gallbladder. I came out of anesthesia crying "Stop, it hurts" and rocking violently side to side in the bed. I couldn't prove it, but I am sure he started cutting into me before I was under. Par for the course with him. Then just recently, he was the attending physician when I was post op. He didn't come talk to me and ask what was going on. Nope. He made a series of decisions that I believe put my life in danger. I am being vague for a reason. Just warning people to not be fooled by the medical degree and all the fellowships, He is not a very good person to have on your care team.

I recently contacted Dr. Davoren’s office for an appointment. My Family doctor recommended his office for an Upcoming procedure. I spoke with Michelle initially, She was able to schedule me right in, which was very helpful and very timely. Dr davoren explained the procedure with obvious knowledge and experience. I know I’m in good hands.. Cheryl was Especially helpful… in arranging For me an appointment i needed so I could have my procedure as early as possible. Everybody was very Courteous.

I’ll be honest, at 77 years old and having never had surgery before I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Davoren and his team made certain I was comfortable throughout my hernia surgery. After two weeks, my follow up visit went well. I chose him as my surgeon based on past reviews that I had read and his many years of experience in this area. He did not rush me through my first visit and took time to listen to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Davoren.
