Michael works wonders! He has helped me recover from a back injury and shoulder injury and has dropped a lot of knowledge on me for sustained health. The facility is a dream, and Michael is very detailed in terms of note taking and explanations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for all versions of PT!

Excellent diagnostic and plan of care for my shoulder. This is real, hands-on PT. He doesn't just watch you exercise and correct form, he gets to the root cause of the issue to get you back to performing. I almost don't want to tell anyone about him 😂😂😂

I first saw Michael to address some low back pain during triathlon training. That went so well that I stuck with him while preparing for my first Ironman race, which was a success. I continue to return for occasional touch ups and training tips!
