I was hospitalized last October for a hemorrhagic UTI and was seen by Dr Ehlert while inpatient. At discharge, I was instructed to see him for a follow up in a month for a cystoscopy. After coming home, I repeatedly attempted to call the clinic to make an appt but was put on hold for sometimes up to 40 minutes. I resorted to sending an email to their general clinic email and did receive a phone call from a staff member who gave me an appt, but it was 3months out for a hospital follow up! On top of that, a month later I received a message that Dr Ehlert would need to change the appt because he was going to be out of the office during the time I had been originally scheduled! It’s never easy (for me, anyway), seeing a doctor for private issues like urology. Dr. Ehlert makes me feel completely comfortable. He is friendly, reassuring and understanding. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. I have referred friends to him with no hesitation. Five stars for sure!

Dr. Ehlert is very kind. Both my husband and I are patients of his. He is usually on time but also believes that the patient in front of him is the most important one so gives you enough time for him to explain or answer any questions. I've seen him for several years now and have no true complaints.

After two weeks of pain from a kidney stone, on top of having covid at the same time, Dr Ehlert saved me late on a Friday afternoon. He and his colleagues booked me for a Saturday surgery. I cried with relief.

I had my first visit with Dr. Ehlert and it was a good experience. He uses scientific medical knowledge, but also good common sense. His communication was great!
