The team is very welcoming and professional, Hesseler, Michael J, MD exceeded my expectations assessed the need provided a resolution to my problem departing very satisfied with the care rendered. I was his priority and through his caring nature reflect just that. This was my first dermatologist visit and the best. Thanks for all the care rendered.

If I could give 0 stars, that is what I would give. If you are looking for a dermatologist, please bypass this office. This doctor is only concerned about taking your money. I went in to have a simple benign mole removed. He insisted on using freezing spray. I asked him to use a scalpel so that it would be a successful removal. Every time I visit the office I have to take off from work. But because he wants to charge $400+ for each visit, of course he wants to use the freezing spray because he knows it will not work the first time. I had to come back a month later because the spray did not work. It did not work the second time either. He has charged me close to $1,000 to spray my mole twice. Please do not go here. Find another dermatologist to go to unless you like to be taken advantage of

I was referred to Dr. Michael Hesseler's office by my primary doctor and was initially nervous about seeking care for my suspected HS. However, Dr. Hesseler and his team quickly put me at ease with their exceptional kindness, professionalism, and clear communication. The front desk staff were also remarkably friendly and efficient, making the entire experience seamless. What impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently they addressed my concerns, providing top-notch care without any unnecessary delays. I'm so grateful for their outstanding service and will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

By chance I found Dr. Hesseler as I was searching for a dermatologist to remove a mole on my eye waterline. From the 1st call inquiring if Arch Dermatology was accepting new patients I was instantly impressed. The professionalism and courteous nature of the receptionist was outstanding, not to mention I had an appointment for 2 days later! That's amazing within itself! When I arrived I was greet3d kindly and had wonderful lighthearted conversations. Within minutes I was taken to a room and within a couple of minutes I met Dr. Hesseler who assessed my mole, gave me a diagnosis, discussed options and whn I asked him to remove it he informed me of what he would be doing step by step and even as he conducted the procedure he comforted me the entire time asking if I were OK repeatedly, that'

Dr. Michael Hesseler was personable, and did an excellent job explaining everything thoroughly. He removed a mole completely pain free, and to top it off they were able to fit me into the schedule within a week of me calling. I would recommend him to anyone.
