Wanted to review Dr. Doung as a dentists and initially he is a very profesional and charismatic person when one first meet him. He will make you feel like your family is the most important part of his practice and your satisfaction is his work is his priority. However, later realized how ambitious and cold he can become when he is in a rush to close a business with another client/patient and will rush you out of the chair if needed and will not answer questions but will instead defer you to his assistant. I started to suspect he was changing initial treatment plan with every visit and by saying he didn’t see the problem initially and it would then cost more, I was feeling like he was creating costs. My experience was such that he made a mistake by creating space via drilling for aligners
