my first time visiting Dr. trahan and I couldn't see him because his staff at the front office. They were really rude and I don't think this office is a professional and my experience with them was really bad. I had arrived at the appointment time that it was on 11 /4/ 24 at 11 o'clock, and I brought my ID card and my insurance card and the staff they were really rude. Specially the girl in the front desk and I spoke to the Doctor assistant nurse and she was rude as well and I asked to speak to Dr. Trahan or manager, they refuse to let me talk to her because, they said that they're not available and I wasted my whole day. I was waiting for about two weeks to see the surgeon and I couldn't see him and it's really really really sad because I've been with the UT physician for the longest tim

Dr Trahan has been absolutely wonderful since my first visit. He's honest, caring, very informative, and supportive. His bedside manner is the best!

Dr Trahan has the best bedside manner. He always was honest with me about the procedure and never talked down to me. He never shamed me about anything. He aftercare has been amazing.

He treated me in the ER, twice! He was efficient and thorough. I was so glad that he was the Dr I got in the ER again!
