As a critical care RN, and recognizing a serious post op complication, I found it is there practice to NOT see the surgeon for post-op follow-up. I called the office four times citing a serious concern for surgical complication, but was still denied and treated disrespectfully. Urgently, I saw another expert in a different practice who diagnosed and treated the serious complication needing surgical repair. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who seeks a practice with professional standards, safety processes and respect of patients
