If you are considering an injection for back pain, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Ren at Miami Valley Pain Center. Dr. Ren took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and with her knowledge and kindness, put me at ease about the procedure. She shared her analysis of my MRI while also valuing my feelings and opinions. Every staff member was kind and friendly, making me feel truly cared for. My sincere thanks for the very pain center visit I needed.

Dr Townsend Smith are the best. Friendly and loving. They have immensely helped me and kept me from decoming being wheelchair bound. He and his staff are true blessings I thank God for him. And to top things off, Dr Townsen Smith loves Greenville Ohio Maidrites.

I was treated horribly by the nurse because I complained about waiting unattended in the exam room for over 40 minutes. I'm only giving THIS LOCATION two stars because Dr Ren is so fantastic. It was a 1 Star experience. Unfortunately, neither the doctor nor her, "higher-up" who called me would commit to managing 'Nurse Ratchet'. 🤣 I received a weak apology and that appears to be all I'm getting. It's simply asked for a call back to let me know that the matter was handled and no other patient would be treated that poorly. I'm getting nada. I left after being mistreated and then abandoned again for 5 to 10 minutes in the exam room. My phone rang before I even got out of the parking garage. It was the admin at Dr Ren's office. She said that she would like to rebook me for my steroid shots.

Dr. Smith and his staff are seriously amazing. I was seen in his clinic while admitted for back issues. For one they went so far out of their way to get my insurance to approve epidural injections then stayed late to be able to do them. I have anxiety and worked myself up way too much and him and his entire staff went so far out of their way to ease my mind and make me not only comfortable but laugh as well. Everything was explained so thoroughly to me and was continuously reassured that everything was my choice.. I genuinely enjoyed being aroud all of the staff and appreciate them treating me as a person and i feel like they actually cared about me as a person.
