Miami Valley Hospital Urgent Care at Northwest Health and Wellness Campus

Never been here, but I know there was a hospital here obviously. They could have built a much smaller hospital. Didn't have to be good sam sized and that hospital was huge. Sad it's not here anymore, but the outline of the hospital still shows up here on Google maps.

i felt uncomfortable asking if they took my insurance. she seemed to be annoyed i even bothered her to ask and hung up on me before i could ask any other questions. sounded half asleep and pissy. nevermind!

Was seen in the urgent care and needed a urine specimen, checked my my chart daily for results and after a week of waiting, I called to the doctor who seen me, only for him to tell me that the black nurse, I’ll come back with her name, but she told him (Adam) I’ll come back to verify his name, but she told him, I dropped my specimen, which was a complete lie, bc I handed it to her after asking her to give me another tube to put the swab in bc the one I had, had lost a couple droplets of the liquid that was in it by me trying to twist the top off. She refused me another tube and insisted that I sit it in the collection door, and when I did she picked it right up. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!! The ladies were rude to me for wearing a mask, the provider was 30 minutes late - and I got there at 8:45. I waited so long I had to go to another urgent care because my cyst busted while they were LAUGHING AND TALKING w each other’!!! This is URGENT CARE not brunch! You could kill someone!!!!!

I'll never go here again. A bunch of attitudes. They app act racist. And l was the only one in there and I didn't see a doctor for 45 minutes
