Brought my 17 year old dog here after his vet died. A few months after going monthly for joint health shots we realized it was time to put my boy to sleep. When I called to find out the process, I was met with a very cold response. The woman kept referring to my beloved pet as an “it”. “Do you want to be in the room with it? That costs extra.” It would be just as easy to say, “Do you want to be in the room with them?” After calling back later to schedule days later, I received the same treatment, again with the “it” and lack of empathy. I then read the reviews. There have been multiple instances spanning years back of people experiencing the same treatment with their beloved animals- zero empathy. This place is absolutely worthless my puppy was having a stroke, puking and needed seen and they didn’t even care they said we close in 45 minutes sorry. I’ve never come across a more worthless set of people.

My Elsie dog just finished her round of antibiotics & is now chipper. I was very concerned about her 7 days ago. This veterinarian listened to my concern & ran blood work & urinalysis which revealed infection. Thankful the tests were ran rather than just home remedies. I would be devastated without my Elsie dog.

Rod & Deb always treat our Princess like their own, we so appreciate them checking on her after a low blood sugar scare. Shes recovering here, looks comfy😂

I don't leave reviews unless the service is really good or really bad. Having a friendly personality is not a job requirement here, so all rude people, feel free to apply. I have to assume the old lady receptionist is a family member because anyone that hires her as the first point of contact wants to fail. I've only been there about five times and she was nice once. Those are not good stats. The doctor isn't much better. I've heard he's good with swine and show animals. Maybe dogs just aren't his thing. I'm just glad I stopped wasting my time and my dog's time here. Life is too short and they are too rude...except Chacey.
