Such great personal care. The staff is unbelievably nice, kind, considerate and professional. I was so impressed with the whole experience.. The Doctors are also Great attending to any questions or concerns both before and afterwards in terms I can understand. A wonderful place to be taken care of.. Thank you to all of them!!!

Did not like the e r doctor on duty. He tried to tell me they couldn’t find the ulcer they found on my previous visit. I was hospitalized there for that and my pneumonia. My pneumonia wasn’t bad enough for hospitalization. I understand that. I thought he was a smart ass. I can’t say how much pneumonia I had but he only gave me four days worth. I know I’m supposed to follow up with my primary doctor. I’m a vet and that’s kind of hard to do right away

Nursing staff and support staff are ALWAYS amazing, but when it comes to the ER docs they're lacking. Zero bedside manner, zero personality and very quick dismissals. I was diagnosed by the ER Dr as he entered the room for the first time before he even even laid eyes on me. I had no tests ran, no IV the only thing that was checked was my blood pressure and O2 level. I will say I was in and out super quickly, a little too quick for comfort. (I was there due to a suspected blood clot in my leg. He never examined or saw the area prior to dismissing a clot.) Super excited to receive my bill.

I recently visited INTEGRIS Health Miami Hospital after being injured in a vehicle accident, and I want to express my appreciation for the care I received. The nurses and the doctor who treated me were extremely supportive, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my well-being. Although being in the ER is never ideal, their compassion and responsiveness made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I’m grateful for the level of care provided during my visit.

My 6 year old son had to get staples from a school playground accident. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a stressful time. The staff was kind and patient with him (thanks Hank!) & the provider did amazing. 10/10 would recommend, just hope we don’t have to again 😋
