Auden is an INCREDIBLE massage therapist!!! It truly felt like my concerns were listened to and the session was designed to make sure the areas I wanted addressed were worked on! We chit chatted a little, but it didn't feel like talking was expected during my massage which is always nice! The pressure was pretty perfect and was adjusted as needed! Auden made me feel very comfortable in the space and it was decorated so nicely! Very knowledgeable and professional!!

My experience was great! I was so thankful that most of my discomfort was gone for several days. I had tried chiropractic services and physical therapy for several months and was not able to get the tension and discomfort between my shoulder blades to subside until I had massage therapy.

I would tell the whole world about Auden!! And anyone in Bella Capelli!! I 10/10 recommend her rather you just want to relax or if you want a deep tissue massage she's got you covered!! I believe she's been healing my body that has hurt since the day I was born and no one has been able to do that!

Auden is an excellent masseuse. She is able to locate and release all the stress holders and old injury points that tighten and get them released, which helps me feel better and more relaxed long after the visit.
