Same experience for my daughter. I asked what good is it doing for my daughter to never have meds in a timely manner, having her off of them 1-2 weeks at a time while we both call repeatedly before getting them. She needed a physical filled out in May....she received it in August, ONLY after I started calling everyone and anyone about it.......1 year later ...worse irresponsible organization ever..everyone passes the ball to someone else and things don't get done. Run, Don't walk unless you want to spend all your time one the phone hoping someone will pick up and want to spend a lot of time being frustrated. Aggravated and ignored...looking foward to Cornerstone.
