I was very happy with my experience with Dr Shah and his nurse. Everyone in the office were very friendly from the lady who checked me in. Dr Shah’s nurse was friendly, helpful. The nurse who took my blood was friendly and it didn’t hurt at all. Dr Shah, I would absolutely recommend him. He was honest but friendly and caring at the same time. And the lady who checked me out was very friendly as well. Was very happy with the office. Parking was easy, they have their own little parking area, so if you get a spot in there you don’t have to pay the meter. Highly recommend this office

Great service. From the moment you walk in receptionist greets you and is very courteous and friendly. Check in great service. My technician simply the best.. I believe her name is Julese very warm and friendly explain the procedure and put me at ease. It's always a pleasure to come here. Great staff.

The nursing staff were wonderful! They make you feel comfortable and after the procedure, were very attentive to my comfort. My doctor and anathesiologist were excellent at answering any question I had and the manager, herself went to bring my wife in as I recovered. Thank you to all of them!

I had a eco done last week and was nervous but doctors orders so I got it done. The staff are extremely friendly for the check in process Juana was excellent. Even though it was loud in room. The techs were awesome and extremely quiet , which was a plus !!! Thank you Heather and Emily !!! Might I suggest a radio or DJ in the room to help relax the mood. See you next time ! My procedures at Nyack hospital were conducted professionally and effortlessly. My Echocardiogram was administered by Technician Alexa and the Ultrasound of my heart by Jess. Both were very professional, caring and knowledgeable in what they were doing. They were both very personable and attentive to my questions. Thanks to both of them, I would full heartedly recommend Nyack hospitalas they truly recognize a good employee when they hired them both.
