MFV Compounding

HORRIBLE Pharmacy!! Sadly they have a contact with my VET office but omg the lack of urgency, lack of communication is absurd. I didn’t get a text, I had to call them to make sure they received the Rx - I gave them my card waited 4 days no call or text, reached out again just to be told my card was never ran and they didn’t start the prescription. I got a second medication, & again was told it would take 2 days because they don’t make a big batch.. I said okay.. again 4 days no call no text… I reached out & they told me “sorry we just got someone to start on it right now” IF YOU DONT CALL & push them to start your order it will sit. No outreaches, nothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Who runs this place?

Id give 0 stars. Do not waste your time with this establishment. I had an RX sent Sept 2. Heard nothing so I called the 8th. Come to find out, & only when I called, that there was an issue with my RX. So they had to call my dr to get it resent & told me they'd text me when its ready. I waited a couple days, checked back in after no text. It was the 10th now and i was able to get confirmation it was recieved, filled and would be sent out over night. I paid for the medication & shipping. Waited. Waited. Waited. Called again that Saturday and asked where my medication was and what was taking so long. Was told now it wouldnt be here until September 15th. This medication needs to be refrigerated so the tech told me to call Monday the 15th and ask for a replacement to be sent out at no cost. So

Constantly messes up on orders. Will give you a time for pickup and then not be ready when you arrive. They double charge you, ship to the wrong address even after their staff member confirms and verifies it with you. They promise to ship overnight to fix the issue then they don't ship until a later date. Staff seems like they don't care and do nothing to solve the problems they create. Use a different pharmacy.

I have been getting my prescription from MFV Compounding Pharmacy for the past 7 months. Their staff are very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. My prescription refills are complete quickly and their prices are very reasonable. Their rep, Jen Dunn is also very knowledgeable and helpful. She has given me all the information I need about taking my medication. She is willing to pick up my prescription for me, which saves the shipping fee. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

The turnaround time on prescriptions has been impressively fast, with multiple ways to submit prescriptions and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled with care and accuracy, including reliable follow-through. Highly recommend MFV for any clinic or provider looking for a trustworthy pharmacy partner!
