MFA-Dermatology Department

Dr. Nadelmann is a phenomenal dermatologist who just started here a few months ago and is outstanding. She was patient, answered all my questions, and performed a thorough review. A truly amazing experience and someone I comfortably refer to my friends.

Doctors have been fine, but agree completely with the patient facing staff being the worst I have experienced. They have taken my insurance card three times before finally updating my coverage. Waited on the phone listening to very inappropriate background conversations (not put on quiet hold) only to be hung up on.

Went to this facility with a known diagnosis (which I stated multiple times when I made appointment) and requested to see a physician that could help me with this. Instead, GW MFA Derm charged me $260 just to give me the correct physician to schedule with. The doctor I saw that day does not even fix the skin issue I have and did literally nothing for me. Ethically terrible, reporting to better business bureau. I disputed the charges and no one ever got back to me regarding this issue.

When you speak to the Dr things seem fine, but then they bill you and refuse to follow up. I've waiting for them to provide the prescription they promised and test results for weeks. No one there answers the phone, or follows up from voicemail.

Not sure about the previous bad reviews because my experience has been great with the office staff and Dr. Deluca. Charlene at the front desk provides fantastic customer and great follow through from what I have seen. Maybe the office went through a transition time because I'm pretty picky and I've been impressed.
