Since my first visit I’ve known this was the place! Two therapists, Forest and Mike, are my current go-to for dynamic body work - they have a gift for what they do and make me feel at ease in every session. Prices are reasonable if you respect the craft, and being a co-op member is a great option when you’re a regular client and want to support this small business (plus a discount). Their space is a really lovely row home with each room on its own vibe, and they hold a masking boundary which makes sense for the ppl who fit here. It’s a personalized, connected experience every time. 11/10

Recently had a massage with Michael and he was incredibly communicative, kind, and very attentive. He checked in with me multiple times to make sure the pressure was ok and he ensured that I got out of the experience what I wanted for my body/muscles. I can't wait to return!

Have gone here for 7+ years for massages! Always has great service & compassionate care. Previously went to Stephanie and a few other therapists, who were all wonderful. Recently switched to Yoshi for pregnancy massage, which has been a big help in this stage of life. I love that Metta is a co op, and recently became a member. Always recommend Metta to anyone in the neighborhood.

In the past I always believed I had to be relatively uncomfortable in order to receive a proper healing service. As someone who regularly has deep tissue massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic it has been mostly a painful experience. Stephanie changed the game for me- she gave me an incredibly relaxing and soothing massage which had incredible benefit. She has the healing touch, and I could tell immediately what a difference she made. I had been struggling with intense shoulder pain that would not go away for months. While visiting Baltimore, I stumbled into this place and I will be back every time I visit now. My shoulder pain was GONE after one session. It's almost incentive to go visit just for that! Thanks so much Stephanie! I can't recommend her enough. =)
