I have been a patient for almost 2 years. Dr. Austrager did more for me in 2 visits than 2 previous Chiropractors did for me in 10 years. He manages to calm or even eliminate my pain whether in the back, neck or arm. His treatment is gentle and effective. I highly recommend him as he has helped both me and my husband reduce our painful backs by 99%. I recommended a couple of friends that are truly amazed at how he has helped them as well. Thanks Doc! Also the office staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Not a real chiropractic clinic, they don’t even do adjustments. To describe my experience here as “disappointing” would be an understatement. The so called “intro appointment” was advertised as taking up multiple time slots, yet I was in the room for maybe 10 minutes at most. It felt rushed and nowhere near what was to be expected. Every visit after that followed the exact same routine with no adjustments or meaningful one-on-one attention or updated evaluation of the issue I repeatedly expressed concerns about. What bothered me most is that it didn’t feel like a real chiropractic business. I didn’t receive any actual adjustments during my visits, just something that felt more like a quick massage before being sent out the door. The office staff was warm, friendly, and so very helpful. The Dr. was amazing. After a careful exam, he started with a conservative treatment. I was amazed at how much better I felt after only one session. He is concerned and very capable. I can't believe the level of improvement so quickly

A great office: runs on time, treats people well. Clientele come from all walks of life. Front desk is warm and courteous. Dr. Austrager gives a great adjustment that really lasts. Highly recommended.
