I came to Core Health Therapies for pain associated with a varicocele. My therapist Julia Dimmick treated me with a lot of care and answered all of my questions. After several sessions, my pain was relieved and I left with a number of tools and behavioral adjustments that have confidence will help me avoid pain in the future.

Ingrid is one of the best medical professionals (of any type) I've ever worked with. I went into pelvic floor therapy thinking I could never be healed from my chronic pain issues but was willing to try this one last thing - I assumed it wouldn't work. Ingrid's kindness, compassion, humor, and ability to know when I needed to take it easy and when I needed her to call me on my excuses made it so that I am no longer struggling with excruciating pain.
