I just got my 2 year old there and they treated her amazing with lots of kindness and professionalism, I really recommend them, my whole family is patient there.

I’m honestly very upset and disappointed by our experience today at Metrowest Dental Center in Marlborough. We’ve been loyal patients here for over 5 years. We had a 3:40 PM appointment for both of our children (ages 10 and 7). Due to an unavoidable delay, we were 10 minutes late, and when we got a call from them we informed that we are late and on the way. Despite this, when we arrived, we were told the appointments would not be honored and that we needed to reschedule, simply because we were 10 minutes late. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and no effort to help, even after explaining that this visit was important because our children had to wait for this to get an appointment, they denied it. As a parent, it’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be turned away like this

I had a great experience at Metro. I went a long time without going to the dentist and I was afraid to go The assistant Shree made feel at ease and the hygienist was very knowledgeable and gentle. I learned how important it is to maintain my dental health. Thanks!

Dr. Angel was absolutely amazing to work with! She’s super friendly and handled everything very professionally. You can tell when someone cares about their work. Her passion for making sure everything is 100% was astonishing. By far the best visit I’ve ever had at the Dentist. The front desk is also full of friendly faces!

Had an appt. with my disabled adult child at three O'clock, arrived before three and was told appt. was at two. Was confirmed with receptionist (who heard phone conversation between myself and rep. that had set up original appt.) I was right, appt. was at three. We never got a call with the time change. Cleaning couldn't get done because they were scheduled for a training at three. Very apologetic, but that's not the point.
