Metro Urgicare - Allerton Urgent Care

I was informed that we had a new Metro Urgicare in my area. It is very clean and the staff very nice. Dr. Pua was my doctor today, she was amazingly informative and very clear and did a thorough exam. I would give her 10 stars. She was down to earth and made sure I understood the medical instructions she gave me. I will recommend friends and family to this site.

I called this location for my mother and son to go for a visit . After confirming the locations times and hours I sent them to the location. When they arrived they were turned away. They refused treatment and they didn't have the courtesy to even open the door to speak to them. The location closes at 8 PM. They went for 6 PM. I got off the phone with the representative at 5:50 PM. Mind you it is cold and below 20 degrees outside. If they were not taking patients after 6 PM they should have said so. When I called to complain, I was refused a supervisor and given a fake number to call back. This was an extremely horrible experience. Lack of compassion for Patient Safety

Staff & Doctors are very friendly and they take thorough information. I scheduled a 9am appointment online the night before and they called a little after 8am to confirm. Got there at 9am and didn't have to wait long at all. Facility is nice and clean.

They couldn’t even stitched my head for me...seeing how serious my wound was the nurse practitioner wasn’t clear to do the job and they had no supples to do the job. They didn’t even offer to clean it or to send me somewhere else. This was a very basic care need and they couldn’t do it. Will never go there again. I went to the emergency room and got great care and some pretty looking stitches.

I waited 2 hours to see the doctor with an appointment I was completely satisfied. The doctor on call was very professional understanding and took his time to get to know my medical issues. The nurses also showed their professionalism. The medical office was very clean.
