Metro Dermatology - Concourse Plaza

I had a great experience at Metro Dermatology – Bronx Concourse. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The provider took time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The office was clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this location.

Went to my first visit yesterday. Everyone was so nice from the receptionist to the doctors. Very clean client and the line isn’t long or it’s too loud. They explain everything to you clearly and respect your concerns and questions. 11/10 would recommend!

I love this establishment. They are always so professional and polite. It’s like a big family here. I definitely appreciate them so much . The staff is great , especially the front desk , they always go above and beyond. The Dr’s are great as well. They definitely are an asset to the community.

1st experience: I didn't expect to have different areas of my skin checked out including face ( I wouldn't have worn foundation, came for one thing (taken care of) and shared a concern of another and that was taken care of on the same day and was given free samples of spf sunscreen to try out. Very happy with medical results. 2nd experience: Area was checked out quick and was prescribed an oint. Both was quick but thorough. Given free samples of creams to try out since my skin gets dry in the winter. Also got free samples of detergents which was great as well! People are friendly. Make you feel comfortable. Waiting period is not long at all. As a matter of fact, I barely waited both times I have been there.
