Metro Dentalcare Blaine Pheasant Ridge

After a very disappointing experience with a dental hygienist at another dental office I was very nervous to have a teeth cleaning done at Metro Dentalcare Blaine Pheasant Ridge. My first one was 6 months ago and the hygienist was kind, gentle, and supportive. I just had my second cleaning and had a different hygienist. She was also kind, gentle, and supportive. I am so pleased with the care I received.

Metro Dental does a good job with my Dental check ups !! I like Kelly & Ms. C as my Dental team. They are pleasant, friendly, personal & knowledgeable ! I get in, get done & on my way !

Made appointments for my wife and I in April to be seen in November. Less than a week before both appointments (scheduled for different days) we were notified that they were cancelled because the doctor will be out of office. The earliest reschedule offered was March and who knows if we would even be seen or if the doctor would cancel it again...

I had a very good visit at the dentist a couple days ago. Amy did a great job of explaining what she was doing & what I can do to improve my teeth & gums at home.

Provide more options for patients who indicate sensitive teeth. Only once or twice have I been offered/had the numbing agent used during my cleanings, and I really need it. I am often offered Sensidyne and always counseled that it can/will help when used routinely; HOWEVER, that’s of no help when it hurts now. Cleanings are very uncomfortable, and I am looking into /interested alternative methods (or alternative dentists if those methods are not available at Meteo Dental) and their costs. Rating of 1 out of 10 for this visit due to the pain. Jodie Mortenson
