Methodist Urgent Care (Northwest)

Walked in on a Friday afternoon covered in poison ivy and eye swollen shut. Front desk was nice and waited maybe 2 minutes to see the doctor. She gave a steroid injection on the spot and also prescribed meds and creams for to help me out. Grateful for their help because the OTC stuff wasn’t helping. Will definitely go back in the future.

Taken from website, don’t try to get 20 mins before 10pm they are not there for you.

Went to this urgent care immediately following a bad cat bite. Most people are aware that cat bites can be bad. I went here to get the wound CLEANED and stitched if needed. As a way to lighten the atmosphere, I commented it looks like you get to practice your suturing skills tonight. Arrogant as can be responded "I'm a pro - I do not need practice." Wonderful nurse offered to irrigate the wound... Doctor says we don't need to I'm putting her on antibiotics. Me please mam irrigate this wound... Before I can say anything else I have a stitch in me... Just to prove who was in control here... Needless to say by morning I have a severe infection and was admitted to the hospital. I went here to prevent a ER visit. Skip this place if the doctor is on duty. Young male doctor may not need school

If you’re going to post your Sunday hours as opening at noon, it would be nice if you were actually open. There wasn’t a single person in your building even though your website, front door, and phone message clearly stated you’re open at noon. Patient care starts with actually being there. You have failed.

Took my 5 year old here tonight for an ear infection, Staff was very nice, the facility was clean and service was fast... well at least at the time we came lol overall great urgent care!
