Methodist Urgent Care (Millard)

Went to the urgent care here today. This is the best urgent care I've ever been to. All of the staff was incredibly nice and personable. I was seen less than 5 minutes after checking in. The APRN, Alicia, who saw me was wonderful. She came in quickly after my intake, did her exam, and asked me all the right questions while truly listening to my answers. Rather than make me wait in the office for my strep results she let me go home and called me with the results when it was done. I will definitely be coming back here next time I need an urgent care.

I had a visit to Millard Urgent Care today and want to give a huge thank you to Cindy (front desk receptionist), Dr. Alicia Fischer, and Hannah (medial assistant). I was very emotional due to the reason for my visit, and they were all incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. They made me feel completely comfortable and supported me throughout my visit. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. Truly exceptional team!

Went in on January 8 for my usual sinus and ear infection since my regular ENT doctor was out of town, something i get 3-4 Times a year account i have a deviated septum. Said i had fluid in my ear but ruled out a infection, all the symptoms were text book sinus and ear infection. Said i could do a over the counter nasal rinse that i already do and did that morning. Told me that was all she could do and if it got worse or anything i could come back over the weekend they would be there. Seen my regular ENT monday and guess what? Ear and sinus infection….imagine that! Why cant a low level PA listen when i know my body better and the reaccurrance with the symptoms. I guess they want prescribe anything so you do get worse andgo back and get another charge or insurance clain. Dont waste your tim

We had to make an impromptu visit to urgent care last night and found ourselves here late in the evening. Even with no appointment we were checked in and called back and seen by the doctor in a timely manner. Diagnostics were quick and efficient. Dr. Fischer and the staff were all great - very friendly, empathetic and kind. If you find yourself in need of Urgent Care services I highly recommend.

Stopped in after work. It wasn’t too busy, and the front desk team was fantastic. The nurse who prepped me was an absolute ray of sunshine — I regret not catching her name because she was truly wonderful, and I hope this reaches her. Then Dr. Fischer took care of me, and she was just as great. Everyone was warm, personal, and made me feel better when I was feeling crappy. Thank you all so much!!!
