Methodist Orthopedic Specialists - South Dallas

This place is absolutely horrible! I was seen for carpal tunnel about 8 months ago and got my first steroid shot. I got so much relief from it and was under the impression that I could get at least 1 more shot before eventually having the surgery. I can’t afford the surgery right now. I had an appointment today for another injection and the PA, Abraham Sanchez, refused to give me another shot. Everything I’ve read says that a couple of shots is completely safe and effective. I feel like I’m being forced into the surgery that I can’t afford. I’m a Methodist employee and I’m just so disappointed in how this provider has treated me!! I will not ever be back.

I had a very bad experience at this doctor’s office. I do not speak English well, and instead of being patient or trying to help me understand, the doctor was rude and dismissive. They acted frustrated when I couldn’t answer questions quickly and didn’t make any effort to communicate in a better way. I felt unwelcome and embarrassed. A doctor should be kind and understanding, especially when someone is struggling with the language. I will never go back and do not recommend this place to anyone who needs a caring and respectful doctor.

My husband has come to this facility multiple times after his ACL surgery a few months ago for follow ups. The staff has been polite and professional. Dr. Miguel Hernandez has taken excellent care of my husband. He listened carefully and addressed all our questions and concerns. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Also Bethany Morris PA is amazing too. She was very attentive and gave us plenty of information in regards to my husband's care. You never feel rushed either. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Simply all the round GREAT patient care. They were able to see me asap. Dr Ray has an awesome bedside manner, takes the time to carefully explain your care plan. The staff treats you with care and respect

Front desk literally refused to help me in any way, shape or form. Multiple times. They’re the only listed provider under my insurance. Should not be allowed to be a doctor with these kinds of people answering your phones..
