I had an exceptional experience at Methodist Hospital and felt compelled to leave a public review. From the moment I arrived, the care was efficient, compassionate, and genuinely human. Not only was I treated with kindness and thorough attention, but I also observed the same level of care extended to everyone in the waiting room. Staff were attentive and proactive — even offering warm blankets to anyone who needed one — which may seem like a small thing, but in moments of vulnerability it makes a world of difference. The team was organized, calm, and clearly committed to patient dignity and comfort. It’s rare to see efficiency and compassion balanced so well. Took my husband with dehydration and diarrhea we were there all day during the time he was there his blood pressure started going up they gave him 2 IV fluids discharged him with a blood pressure 169/99 he couldn’t even walk they didn’t assist me with a wheelchair after asking for one. His blood pressure doesn’t run that high his normal is 120/80. I asked the nurse why his blood pressure started going up her answer was we like to see high blood pressure that’s when I realized it was a mistake taking him there. The provider told him being in the ER can cause his BP to go up what is wrong with this doctor 11:25pm his throwing his guts out again. Of course I took pictures because I know how healthcare workers if it wasn’t chartered it didn’t happen but it did happen.

Worst hospital in the metro area . Wait times 5-7 hours. Went to urgent care. Dr told me to get to the ER asap. Dr called ahead. Cellulitis under my right eye affecting my vision. Waited 6 hours. Still 12 people ahead of me. We left. Staff was rude. Staff were disorganized disrespectful. -0- care for patients or urgency. Missed a full day of work and still need to find a different ER. I sure hope your life does not depend on their ER staff might as well save the time and just go straight to the coroner

This hospital saved my mother's life. She came into the hospital for an appointment and fell in the lobby. Emergency staff was there immediately to help her. She ended up having a brain bleed from the fall, and they took such great care of her. I will forever be grateful for this hospital. The food is not your typical "hospital" food. Great taste and quality.

Do not go here. My wife was brought here by ambulance went through intake and through in the lobby with her blood sugar over 360, she was bending over in pain and the receptionist where behind there glass counter laughing and having a good old time! The security staff were also yelling in the hallway and singing like they were at a karaoke bar. Two hours later of being in the waiting room my wife had enough, asked for her IV to be taken out so we could go somewhere else. There was also a receptionist who came into the lobby and very rudely asked this lady to please hold her service dog that was just simply laying u see her working. She yelled I’m really scared of dogs please hold your dog. Just super unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate never ever go here!
