Methodist ER Boerne

I am deeply grateful for the care I received at this hospital. From the moment I arrived at the ER, I was treated with genuine humanity and empathy. I was admitted immediately with zero waiting time, which made an already stressful situation much easier to handle. The ER admissions nurse was incredibly compassionate. She not only took excellent care of me, but also spoke kindly and reassuringly to my wife, offering her words of comfort when we both needed it most. That level of empathy made a real difference. The ER physician was prompt, focused, and efficient, asking only the necessary questions to help diagnose and treat me as quickly as possible. Their professionalism and decisiveness gave me a great sense of confidence and relief. In the end, my condition was identified as a urethra

My latest trip to the Methodist ER Boerne was literally the most efficient and friendliest medical care I've ever received. No waiting at all, at any point. No one dismissed my pain and I had tests, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care instructions all in less than three hours. Everyone was so nice and I felt very well cared for.

I had such a wonderful experience. Even though I wasn't feeling the greatest, I can remember almost everyone who made me feel like I was going to be well taken care of. Ray was very welcoming as soon as my husband & I walked in. I could tell how Krystle was concerned & was determined to find out why I was ill. Hanah, Erica, Shauna, Katalina, these girls did their very best to help comfort my pain & discomfort while I was there. They were the sweetest ever! I was transferred to another hospital by ambulance & Dean was the last gentleman I thanked before I was taken. I know there was also many people there with medical issues, but they never seemed to be overwhelmed. Through out my visit there I never felt like they'd forgotten about me or taken too long. Thank you so much!

This team provides amazing care! Elizabeth, Dean, Tori, and Dr. Boothby are amazing clinicians. I came to the ER in excruciating pain after a fall and they were supportive, collaborative, and moved quickly to ensure I had what I needed and understood my plan. I was able to manage my pain and had information on next steps. They remained calm during a very traumatic time for me and I’m grateful for them! Thank you all for your support and compassion!

We’ve never had a bad experience here. Boerne ER does it again with their amazing staff. Our 6 year old had a seizure for the first time and we were absolutely terrified. We rushed him across the highway to the ER and he was very well taken care of the second we ran inside. I wish I could remember names but it was the night of Oct 6, 2025. I will forever be grateful to all the nurses and the doctor who took care of him. I never once felt like they didn’t care. I couldn’t help but cry and the staff was so kind to me. As an RN myself, I know patients can feel like just another number during busy times but they all made me feel like my son was their top priority.
