My experience with the team at the Breast Center was AWESOME. Eva, the receptionist was so professional and sweet. She took her time to assist the patients as needed. Kris, the lady who did my breast screening was AWESOME, also. She was so caring and professional. I have never had a mammogram so easy breezy. Thank you beautiful ladies, for your service. To the entire team, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the care I received during one of the most difficult times in my life. I had my left lung cancer surgery in July 2025 at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, and my biopsy was performed in May 2025 at Methodist Richardson Medical Center. In both hospitals, I was treated exceptionally well. All of the staff—doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel—were extremely kind, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about me, my health, and making sure I felt supported and comfortable at all times. My experience at The Linda and Mitch Hart Breast Center is simply amazing every time I go. I am convinced they intentionally go above and beyond to be kind, sensitive, personable and of course flaunt their expertise. Not one of my girlfriends look forward to their annual mammogram. What woman does? I mean seriously?! But since it's something we must do for the best possible self-care, then the experience may as well be a pleasant one. Shout out and extra ptaise for my mammographer Joy and Radiologist Dr. Gail Bentley, MD. They took such good care of me. I am grateful! I want to start by saying that the only person who truly seemed to care during my visit was the lab technician—he was kind, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, every other interaction I had felt rushed and dismissive. After my labs were taken, I was placed in a room and wasn’t checked on again until they came to discharge me. Being pregnant and actively throwing up blood, I expected at least some concern for my baby’s well-being, but nothing was done to reassure me or make sure everything was okay. I was simply told I was fine and sent on my way, even though I didn’t feel fine at all. I’ve also had multiple family members come here in emergency situations and pass away in this same facility, and after this experience, I sadly understand why. Had my first kid here and I am so grateful That I went to Methodist . I had an unexpected C-section, I have to thank Kathy shun for doing an Amazing job on my C-section. It is super low and looks like I wasn’t even cut. I also want to think Dr. Keith For calming me down during the process. He gave me my epidural as well as medication’s during my C-section. I know I was freaking out, but he honestly kept me calm. He Was 100% accurate on everything he said As well. After I had, my baby, all of the nurses were nice and came to check on My every need. 10 out of 10 experience For my first baby . Went home after three days with pain medication. Although having a C-section is no joke I’m glad I had it at Methodist.
