I always use their delivery service. Even in the middle of summer, medications that require refrigeration arrive cold and well protected with insulated packaging and ice packs. This year my insurance changed, and I had just asked my PCP to send a referral to a specialist. When I called the pharmacy to request help submitting a prior authorization to my insurance company, they told me they had already started the process. Very impressive and proactive service.

Begging for them to try to communicate with my doctor over a medication I’ve really needed for a week now just to be told ‘they are too busy’ to do so. Welp!

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms Vivian on prescriptions for my wife and myself. She has been outstanding! Taken care of us and getting our prescriptions having the most pleasant and caring phone presents of anyone I have ever dealt with. Thank you Charlton Methodist for having such a wonderful and caring person as Ms Vivian
