MetcareRX Pharmacy @ Montefiore

I've been coming to this pharmacy for many years for my kids with no problems but the other day, while attending my other child's appt I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone and pick up my child's medication. Everything went as usual until I got called to the window. Instead of being greeted I get scolded like a child. "You need to pick up your child's medication on time" this took me by surprise because I never got this treatment from the kind Indian woman who is usually behind the desk. I tell her what do she mean and she explains how my child's medication has been sitting there for a month which I KNEW was wrong. So I told her no that's not true but she proceeded to ask "oh yeah? So when was is filled?" Do I really need proof? Is your job to be the prescription detective? You don't kn

Very kind and professional staff. I got a nebulizer for my son last year October 2019, I believe it was. It's not working now. The tube won't stay on the machine. Everytime I turn it on, the air push the tube out. I hope I can get a replacement today.

Besides the co pay.. they are very nice and I never have to wait to get my medication.
