I had the most horrible experience at this pharmacy, be careful not to have anything delivered to your house because items will be stolen from your bag. The deliver guys go thru your delivery bag and still anything they consider valuable to them. I ordered and paid to the pharmacy for 4 pairs of compression stockings and was told I would get them delivered to my house the very next day but I never received the stockings, I went in person to the pharmacy and the pharmacist claimed they were delivered and that his delivery man was honest! He didn’t treated the situation professionally, he was very sarcastic, rude and did not want to hear anything or refund me the $80 dollars I paid them. He stole my money. Don’t go there! I have reported them to my insurance and to the city of NY. Not hone

courteous and friendly staff. Always helpful and ready to assist anyway they can, even providing delivery services. Love that i can get my meds after my doctors visit without any hassle.

I seldom complain or write bad reviews. I generally just chalk negative incidents up as being just a momentary thing but in this case after a number of incidents and a pattern of repeat behavior, I am sure it's just not me. This pharmacy has the worst professionalism and customer service ever-- especially the senior pharmacist who's there more regularly than others along with Targo-- with the exception of a couple of ladies that work at the register who tries to be as friendly and as helpful as possible. They constantly rotate staff so the left hand is never in sync with the right hand. If you ever run into an issue, you can forget being able to address the concern and get it resolved immediately. You will have to repeat things a number of times and still intentionally not be heard. They

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They’re not the friendliest place but not really unfriendly. They’re just so busy they forget to smile. If that doesn’t bother you than this place is fine.

I have been in this pharmacy for three years and I have found that the pharmacist is helpful and very professional, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help.
