Absolutely unacceptable. I arrived within the posted hours and the pharmacy had already closed 30 minutes early. This is a hospital pharmacy, not a corner store — and I had just been discharged post-surgery and was sent directly there for my medications. There was no warning, no signage, no backup plan, and no concern for patients who literally just came out of the hospital and need their meds to go home safely. Closing early in this setting is careless and dangerous. If you cannot honor your posted hours, change them. Don’t leave post-op patients stranded after surgery. This experience added unnecessary stress and pain at a moment when patient care should come first.

Worst customer service ever the male pharmacist he has glasses and is tan is pretentious and was being rude. His two staff the girls were all over the place most likely isnt their fault they overpack stuff so there’s no room to get around. Once again the male pharmacist is rude.

They never have the medicine stocked and there's always backorder for person who had a major surgery to not have any of the meds dr prescribed since a month ago is crazy something isn't right about this place

I had the most disrespectful unpleasant phone call today Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at approximately 9:25 am with a male who stated he was "filling in for someone". The individual started out on the telephone with a harsh, abrasive tone. He was informed before he came on the line that a customer needed a delivery of her prescription. When He gets on the phone immediately he asks with an abrasive tone "what is you date of birth" I tell him and he says he's says "repeat yourself", so I do. Then I say you sound abrasive where is the nice man who usually answers the phone? "He says "its very busy her can you understand that". I say you don't have to be so rude and I do understand that I work in the Mayors Office so I know busy. He then says " I don't care where you work it doesn't matter it'
