Mesa View Quick Care - Mesquite

I recently visited our Not so Quick care here in Mesquite with a severe calf muscle injury. I paid them a visit and was told by the front desk that all radiology tests were done at the hospital, and that results would take 3 days. Once the Nurse and Doctor looked at my leg their concern was a blood clot, which by the way can be life threatening, and I was told to go to Mesa view to have an ultrasound and that they would call me with my test results that same afternoon , never was I given any guidance in regards of how to take care of my calf injury or anything else. The following day I attempted to contact the Quick care facility and could not get anyone to answer the phone even though I called once that morning and again that afternoon leaving a message each time. This place is great. The staff are very friendly and they're reasonable priced for self pay. NATHAN HENRY, FNP was i huge help to me in when I was in really bad shape. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly pleased. They got us in lickety split, the nurse did so wonderful with my unruly 1 yr old that didn't want his temp or other stats taken, and got us all taken care of in no time! All of our concerns were heard, and we had our 3 kids there sick, and not a single thing was overlooked. Didn't catch the nurse's name, but she was a sweetheart! And Janel is always lovely! The front desk women are smiley, kind, and patient (had a few forms to fill out and insurance to update.) And all of this was done as being some of the last patients of the day We didn't feel rushed at all! Fantastic people, 10/10!

I brought my 4 year old in today (11/22/24) Because she's had diarrhea off and on again for a month, her primary Dr was not able to see her today so I decided to to bring her in to be checked out. NP Nate was the rudest medical professional I have ever met! He came in the room a bit aggressive, introducing himself without looking at me or my child. I explained what was happening and he kept cutting me off, he randomly asked me why I didn't take her to the other quick Care location and why I didn't take her to her dr instead. I explained to him AGAIN that her Dr was not able to see her and won't be able to see her until after Thanksgiving. After getting some blood work done I asked to be informed of my INR value due to being on warfarin. I had called days prior and was told all information would get uploaded to my portal. 2 days later Denise refused this information to me and said I would need to make an appointment to speak to the doctor directly about the results. They cannot withhold information that may affect my life!!! Really insane how poorly I am treated by Dr Crosby and her office. I highly doubt not recommend.
