Good Day! From the first moment my wife and I entered the office, our experience was a welcoming and positive one. Billie, the first person you see behind the front counter reception area, is very pleasant, cheerful and oh, so knowledgeable. Oh, and did I say patient? Dealing with me, she has to be patient. My audio exam was efficient and well handled. And to my surprise, I learned my left inner ear (where you'd place an ear bud is slightly smaller than my right. As a result of the exam, I opted to "try before buy" a set of hearing aids. I tested the set for two weeks. This is important to get operational "Fit and feel" of the devices.
