Mesa Clinical Pharmacy

The ladies at the pharmacy were very nice, very helpful, and very fast. I went to pick up same day prescription and it was ready in an hour. I went right when they opened on a Saturday morning and there was nobody in line. Thank you for being open in the kern River Valley so that I didn’t have to drive all the way to Bakersfield!

The person who answers the phone said that I have no refills left on my prescription, but the bottle clearly says there are three refills. No point in trying to explain that to the rude person who answers the phone. I ended up having to call my doctor and she called them to straighten out THEIR ISSUE. Do yourself a favor and go to a real pharmacy.

This place was clean and friendly. First time picking up here and absolutely love the staff. So friendly and welcoming. 🥰🥰

Mesa Clinical Pharmacy in Mt. Mesa is currently handling an increased rate of new customers since Rite-Aid and the Kernville pharmacy closed. Currently, they are the only operating pharmacy in the Kern Valley (Lake Isabella) area. The entire staff to include the supervisor (Sudha) are working extremely hard to process prescriptions and work the customer line as fast as they can. They are aware people are having to stand in a long line outside the door in the sun for several minutes/hours. For our convenience, they installed two large pop-up tents for shade and a couple of chairs. They also added two big stand up swamp cooler’s for outside along with an ice chest full of cold water. Love this Pharmacy! I get text messages and phone calls let me know that my prescription is ready. Think I like that the most, and the women are all really nice.
